Shala, in Sanskrit means home. The triangle stands for a variety of things, the location of our studio in Triangle area in NC, the space where yoga, Sanskrit & music meet and much more!

Our mission at Triangle Shala is to provide yoga that is accessible & authentic. We aim to create a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can come together to deepen their understanding of yoga through the study of its traditional roots, including Sanskrit, music and philosophy. Our goal is to empower our students to not just to improve their physical practice, but also to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. We strive to promote a sense of community and connection among our students, and to inspire them to live in harmony with themselves, others and the world around them.
