Our Offerings

Our goal at Triangle Shala is to invite you into the world of yoga, Sanskrit & music through accessible means in an environment that is warm and friendly. We understand that everyone is at a different stage in their yoga practice, which is why we aim to offer a variety of classes at different levels. 

Thank you for your patience as we build out our regularly scheduled class offerings! 

Legend for Levels:

  • All levels - Class will be taught at the mid-experience level with adjustments offered for both easier or more challenging modifications

  • Level 1 - Beginner level of yoga with minimal experience

  • Level 1/2 - Great for those that are new and/or are returning to yoga after a long gap. Those that are experienced can also come. 

  • Level 2/3 - A class for the slightly more experienced - good for those who've attended level 1/2 classes for a while. Classes will likely be sequenced with a peak asana (pose) in mind, but will also challenge the mind with stronger emphasis on pranayama & meditation. 

Hatha Yoga - All Levels - Sundays 9:30 am

This class aims to strike the balance between classical and modern-day yoga & focuses on finding alignment in each asana between strength and flexibility. Each pose will be held for several breaths to give your body and mind time to adjust and find balance. This class is great for both those familiar with yoga as well as those new to it (modifications and optional suggestions will be given) Class will end with some time on the floor to quiet the mind and body.

Foundations - Level 1/2 -  Saturdays 9 am

Foundations is a great class for everyone: whether you have some yoga experience, or are still new to the world of yoga. This class is moderately paced with multiple modifications and instructions given to ensure that you walk out of class feeling energized with a bit more knowledge of yoga each time. This class is also a great one for those who need a refresher (perhaps coming back to yoga after a break) on the basics.

Prana Flow VIRTUAL - All levels -  Wednesdays 6:00 pm

In yoga, the breath is said to carry the life force (prana). This virtual class is set to bring some mid-week peace to your busy life. Join us from the comfort of your own home! Class will begin with gentle breathing practices, followed by an accessible asana practice meant for beginners and beyond.

Power Flow - Level 2/3 -  Fridays 5:00 pm 

This class is meant for the slightly more experienced yoga practitioner. This is a great class for those with a steady asana practice. In each class, we not only develop our physical practice, but also learn to deepen our energetic and subtle practices. Modifications and adjustments will be offered.

Full Body Yoga VIRTUAL - All levels - Saturdays 10:30 am

This class is meant to help students get the full-body experience of building stira (stability) and sukha (ease) in our bodies through yoga. During this virtual class, students will learn to build a yoga practice, learn foundational asanas & build strength, flexibility & stability. The class will be taught in a fun & engaging way with the teacher giving adjustments and cues virtually. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome to attend!
